Advertising should not contain content, code or terms that:  

(a)    promote fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activities (illegal drugs, phishing, terrorism, criminal activities, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters);  
(b)    promote tobacco, gambling or weapons;  
(c)    contain pornographic or obscene material;  
(d)    contain excessively graphic or explicit violence;  
(e)    are defamatory or profane;  
(f)    are discriminatory or constitute “hate speech”, whether directed at an individual or a group, and whether based upon the race, sex, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or language of such individual or group;  
(g)    promote or contain viruses, worms, trap doors, hidden sequences, hot keys, time bombs, corrupted files, cracks or other malicious code or materials that are intended to or may damage or render inoperable software, hardware or security measures of Madgex, its clients, any user, or any other third party; 
(h)    contain advertising functionality that is intrusive, deceptive or contrary to generally accepted industry standards; 
(i)    violate any applicable laws, industry or self-regulatory standards and codes, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or  
(j)    are otherwise reasonably determined by Madgex to be inappropriate.
