Office Administrator - Consultant (Oakville, CA)

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Office Administrator-Consultant to help assist with the running of our expanding Canada office in Oakville, Ontario. Please only apply if you’re looking for a few part-time consultant hours.

You will be responsible for supporting the running of the office, supporting our technology set-up and editing documents on an as-needed basis.

This includes things such office maintenance, purchasing office supplies, dealing with suppliers, technology and meeting set-up, organizing social & wellbeing activities and supporting the Managing Director with ad-hoc project and administrative duties. Under the instruction and guidance of our UK Network Ops team, you’ll be the on-the-ground person for office and meeting technology set-up. With guidance from our Managing Director and service teams, you will review, proof-read & localize documents for the Canada and US markets.

This role would suit someone who is detail oriented, proactive, extremely reliable and looking for flexible hours during the week.

Our perfect fit is a well-organized consultant with the ability to use their own initiative. The successful candidate will be a ‘hands on’ person with a ‘can do’ attitude, who finds it easy to build good relationships quickly with a great sense of humour. You are also the type of person who finds things to do and doesn’t wait to be told everything needing done.

  • Estimate 5 hours per week average
  • Flexible hours of work in the morning or afternoon in accordance with availability and workload
