Enhance Media has announced the launch of the NORAS 2011 results. The results form the largest piece of online recruitment research in the world and help identify where to find the most relevant candidates online.
The 2011 NORAS survey includes research taken from over 150,000 candidates relating to over 250 job boards – for the first time NORAS has collected data on every major job board in the United Kingdom.
Key 2011 findings include massive variations in visitor demographics across the job boards, making NORAS even more powerful as a way of identifying where candidates reside online. Demographic data such job role, average salary and location are used by employers, recruitment consultancies and advertising agencies to identify the ideal job board to advertise on.
The results were also launched today on the new NORAS website. The website provides detailed job profiles for each participating job board.
NORAS is proud to be supported by The Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB), The Association of Online Publishers (AOP) and The Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR).
Giles Guest, Managing Director of Enhance Media, the online recruitment research and strategy company that produces NORAS commented, "NORAS is an essential piece of research helping employers and agencies choose the best job boards for their roles – saving them time and money”.
The NORAS 2011 results are available free at www.noras.co.uk. Clients who register free on the NORAS website in the next month will also receive free industry updates through the NORAS newsletter.
