The Financial Times (FT) has launched Exec Profiles a new CV matching jobsite specifically for global executive level jobs. This new services matches employer needs with the most relevant candidates using Madgex’s intelligent CV search and match technology.
Since launching a month ago Exec Profiles has already accumulated over 10,000 live job seeker profiles in the candidate database. This provides employers with a highly valuable resource to source the best global executive talent on the job market.
Exec Profiles enables job seekers to create highly enhanced user profiles in minutes allowing employers to find them at the click of a button. To begin the simple four step process, job seekers can chose to upload a current CV, create a new one from scratch or import any publically viewable web profile such as LinkedIn. Job seekers can then select their preferences for their desired career move based on a range of criteria ranging from job title to salary expectations. Once the CV has been configured and the privacy settings confirmed the profile can be published.
Employers benefit from being able to find the best talent quickly and effectively helping to make accurate buying decisions. By using the online tools employers can search, browse or even upload a job description or CV template to locate relevant job seekers. Once a search has been conducted Exec Profiles will display a list of fully anonymous CV profiles based on the search criteria. Employers can choose the most relevant CVs based on their needs and purchase accordingly.
