We’re proud to announce that our CEO, Simon Conroy, is a speaker at the Global Online Recruitment Conference in Chicago this September. The conference is "The Only Global Gathering of Recruiting Leaders and Game-Changing Technologies" and serves as the perfect opportunity for industry and recruitment professionals from around the world to learn, partner, and share for mutual benefit. Other speakers include Rob McGovern, currently the founder and CEO of Jobfox and previously the founder and CEO of CareerBuilder, and Matthew Parker, Group Managing Director of StepStone with over 15 years experience in IT sales and general management.
Simon’s presentation is titled: Maximising job seeker and recruiter happiness and will cover how to increase applications, CV postings and recruitment brand engagement online by improving the job seeker user experience. Plus there’ll be hints and tips on effective design patterns, avoiding usability issues and user interface tweaks guaranteed to increase candidate attraction, engagement and conversion.
